Objective:
Generic courses from companies have proved insufficient in supporting teachers to know how to act in specific unclear situation, teachers should be involved in making informational material for each other to educate themselves in the process and also to create material for future reference which specifically addresses emergent issues in the school.
Brief Description:
Teachers could be involved in creating informational material for themselves, eventually collaborating with companies, to avoid the issues experienced in various schools of being given coaching or material that do not address their needs, and then it is easily forgotten or even confusing.
