Many schools communicate a lot 
with institutions outside the school, for instance universities. 
Many schools communicate a lot with local interest groups e.g. environmental groups, political parties and other similar organizations outside the school. Sometimes they make TV, videos, photos or want to ask the students questions or fill out questionnaires or make posters etc., e.g. solutions about climate changes etc. It can be a solution, that students and their parents have filled out a general permission about this and of course, that the school always insists, that institutions, such as companies must have GDPR-forms ready for students to fill, when needed. Many schools communicate a lot with institutions outside the school, sometimes even companies. Sometimes they make TV, videos, photos or want to ask the students questions or fill out questionnaires. You must be very cautious about getting all permissions right from bother students and their parent, when working with commercial companies, who might use data in advertisement. It can be a solution, that students and their parents have filled out a general permission about this and of course, that the school always insists, that institutions, such as companies must have GDPR-forms ready for students to fill, when needed.
