On June 6th and 7th, 2024, the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula hosted the fourth transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project SPADATAS. Representatives from all project partners participated in this significant event. Attendees included members from Ramon Llull University (Belén Donate Beby), the University of Salamanca (Lucía García-Holgado and Sonia Verdugo Castro), the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula (Tihomir Orehovački), the University of Maribor (Marjan Krašna), the University of Southern Denmark (Emanuela Marchetti and Andrea Valente), Ørestad Gymnasium (Claus Witfelt), and First Primary School Čakovec (Ivana Ružić and Anita Novak).
The primary focus of the fourth transnational meeting was the dissemination of project results. Representatives from the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula and the University of Maribor presented their current dissemination activities and their impacts. Following this, participants engaged in two workshops to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the dissemination activities, and devised a plan for their implementation through to the end of the project. This plan aims to address the needs of all stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, principals, and administrators.
Representatives from First Primary School Čakovec and Ørestad Gymnasium presented the outcomes of their conducted workshops and shared examples of best practices gathered. Partners from the University of Southern Denmark showcased the progress in developing self-assessment tools, while partners from the University of Salamanca presented the current version of the digital handbook. Finally, project leaders from Ramon Llull University addressed the financial management aspects of the project and agreed on the details regarding the implementation of activities in the upcoming project period.
